Buying guide

Everything in order, from signing in to downloading and refunds. If you only have one quick question, try the FAQ first.

1. Sign in

• Sign in with a Google or Discord account. There is no separate password to create.
• The first time you sign in, you pick a nickname and agree to the terms once.
• Wishlist, cart, orders and library all need you to be signed in.

2. Pick your products

• Tap the heart on a card to keep a product in your wishlist.
• Add it to the cart, or press Buy. One order holds up to twenty products.
• Free products skip the order form. Press Get it free on the product page and it lands in your library right away.
• Products you already own, and your own products, cannot be added.

3. Order and transfer

Bank transfer is the only payment method right now.

• Enter the depositor name on the order form. After you order, the account number and the amount to send are shown.
• Send the exact amount, down to the last won, under exactly the depositor name you entered. We match payments by name and amount.
• Transfer within 24 hours. If nothing arrives by then, the order expires on its own.
• If an order with the same name and the same amount is already waiting, a new one is refused. Finish or cancel that one first.

4. Payment confirmation

• Our system watches the bank notifications and matches name and amount to your order automatically. It usually takes a few minutes.
• If the name differs or the amount does not line up, the match fails and a staff member confirms it by hand. That takes a little longer.
• Once confirmed, the order turns to paid and you can download from the same page.
• Before you transfer, you can cancel the order yourself. If a matching payment has already arrived, cancelling is blocked — contact us instead.

5. Downloading

• Press Download in your library or on the order page.
• That creates a one-time link that works for five minutes. If it expires, just press it again.
• The same product can be downloaded ten times a day. Links you made but never used count too.
• Only the latest reviewed version is served. If the designer uploads a new file, you keep getting the current one until review is done.
• What you bought stays yours to download. New versions cost nothing extra.

6. The license file

Products delivered as a zip carry a LICENSE-<order number>.txt inside: product name, order number, a buyer tag, the time of download and the license terms.

The buyer tag is not your email or account id — it is a separate string, so leaving it in the file exposes nothing about you. It is how we trace a leaked file, so please keep it.

7. License terms

• Commercial use is always allowed, including servers that take donations.
• Modification depends on the product: allowed, conditional, or not allowed. It is on the product page and in the LICENSE file.
• Redistribution, resale and sharing are never allowed. Configuring it as a resource pack on a server you run, so it is delivered automatically in-game to players who join, is fine (Terms, Article 7). Uploading the files to public links, communities or other stores, or passing them to someone else, is not.
• Required plugins and supported Minecraft versions, if any, are listed on the product page. Check them before you buy.

8. Refunds

• If you have never downloaded the product and it is within 7 days of payment, you can withdraw the purchase.
• If a file is defective or does not match the description, you can get a refund even after downloading.
• Once a download has started, a change of mind is not refundable — that is how digital files work.

9. Reviews

• Only buyers of a product can review it: one review each, 1 to 5 stars and up to 1000 characters.
• You can edit it while the product is on sale, and a review the staff hid cannot be deleted.
