When You Can Withdraw a Purchase

• Within 7 days of payment (deposit confirmation), if the Content has never been downloaded
• If a file is defective and cannot be used properly (even after downloading)
• If the Content differs from its description on the detail page (even after downloading)

When Withdrawal Is Restricted

Digital Content is considered delivered once a download has started, so withdrawal is restricted under Article 17(2)(5) of the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. This notice is shown in advance next to the purchase button and in the payment instructions.

Refunds are not given after downloading for a change of mind or an incompatible environment, so please check the description and compatibility information on the detail page before purchasing.

Orders Not Yet Paid

An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time, and is cancelled automatically if no deposit is made within 24 hours.

Refund Procedure

1. Contact [email protected] · 010-5962-6061 with your order number and the reason for the refund. For defects or mismatched descriptions, please include material that shows the problem.

2. The Company reviews the order, the download records and the reason, and informs you of the result.

3. If a refund is approved, the payment is returned to the account you deposited from, and the Content can no longer be downloaded.

Refunds are returned within 3 business days of the refund decision.
