Seller Terms

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Seller Terms set out the rights and obligations between 피코 온라인 (the "Company") and Designers who sell digital content on "Resource Lab & PICO" (the "Site"), which the Company operates. Matters not covered here follow the Terms of Service.

Article 2 (Eligibility and Approval)

A Member who wishes to sell must submit an application on the Site.

The Company reviews the portfolio and other materials and may approve or decline the application, and may inform the applicant of the reason for declining.

An approved Member becomes a Designer and may register Content.

Article 3 (Listing and Review)

Designers must register accurate product information, including title, description, price, images and files.

Products registered by regular Designers are published after review by the Company. Products of Designers granted trusted status by the Company are published immediately, and the Company may still review them afterwards.

The Company may refuse to publish, or may hide, any product that differs from its description or violates these Terms.

Article 4 (Warranty of Rights)

Designers warrant that they hold all rights necessary to sell the Content they register.

If Content infringes the copyright, trademark or other rights of others and a dispute arises, the Designer must resolve it at their own responsibility and expense and compensate the Company or Buyers for any resulting damage.

Upon receiving a report of infringement, the Company may immediately suspend sales of the product concerned.

Article 5 (Sales Commission)

The sales commission is currently 0%.

To change the commission, the Company must notify Designers at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new rate applies only to orders paid on or after that date.

Article 6 (Settlement)

Sales proceeds are credited to the Designer's balance when the Buyer's deposit is confirmed.

Designers may request a payout of their balance to the payout account registered on the Site, and the Company processes each request within 7 business days of receiving it.

Designers must register accurate payout account details and are responsible for problems caused by incorrect details.

Article 7 (Deductions for Refunds)

When a Buyer is refunded, the corresponding proceeds are deducted from the Designer's balance.

If the balance becomes negative as a result, it is offset against future proceeds.

Article 8 (Suspension and Exit)

If a Designer violates these Seller Terms or the Terms of Service, the Company may suspend sales of their products or revoke their Designer status.

A Designer may request to leave the Site at any time by contacting [email protected] · 010-5962-6061.

After suspension or exit, Buyers who already purchased Content may continue to download it, and any unsettled balance is settled in accordance with these Seller Terms.

Article 9 (Language)

These Seller Terms are provided in Korean and English. If the two versions differ, the Korean version prevails.

Addendum

These Seller Terms take effect on September 22, 2026.
